Thorne Consulting Engineers are qualified Domestic Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessors and are registered with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI). We have designed and specified many A3 rated housing developments, ensuring that the houses constructed achieve their specified performance levels and Building Regulation Part L Compliance. We also carry out BER assessments for existing dwellings.
